AutoSpectra Terms of Use

Overview
These Terms of Use, together with the limited warranty and privacy policy, and all referenced rules and policies, form the “Agreement” between you and Wrench Inc. (including its subsidiaries AutoSpectra, YourMechanic, Mobile Battery Solutions, and SouthWest Inspections Services). This Agreement governs your use of our applications, websites, content, products, and services (“Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

Your Agreement
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms supersede prior agreements. Wrench Inc. may terminate or suspend your access at any time.

Supplemental Terms
Additional terms or policies may apply to specific Services. Supplemental Terms are part of this Agreement and take precedence in case of conflict.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement. If you act on behalf of a company, you must have authority to bind that entity. The Services are not available to anyone under 18 or whose account has been terminated.

The Services
The Services provide a technology platform to connect users with vehicle service providers (“Technicians”) for inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, repair, towing, or related services.

License & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except as permitted by law.

Ownership
The Services and all rights remain our property. You do not gain any rights except as expressly granted. All content and trademarks are protected by law.

Service Incidents
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions or errors. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, except for planned downtime or events beyond our control.

Your Use of the Services
You must register and maintain an accurate user account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment Terms
Charges for Services are due immediately and may include taxes. We facilitate payment on behalf of Technicians. All sales are final unless otherwise determined by us.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time. You may terminate by ceasing use of the Services, provided there are no outstanding Services.

Reschedule and Cancellation
All sales are final. Refunds for rescheduling or cancellation are only as allowed by these Terms.

Inspections
Inspections are visual and do not guarantee future performance. Technicians provide opinions based on what is seen and heard at the time of inspection. No warranty or insurance is provided for any vehicle.

Disclaimers
Except as provided in the Limited Warranty, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Use the Services at your own risk.

Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the associated job.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSpectra and Wrench Inc. from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, except for certain intellectual property matters. The laws of the State of Delaware apply.

Other Provisions
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AutoSpectra. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
